It cleansed my hair very well. I can longer between showers but my hair is not dried out. Im nit sure about how much it helps dandruff, I will keep using to see if it makes a difference.

I love this shampoo. It does kind of dry the skin on my arms and face where the shampoo comes in contact, but it's better than all the other natural shampoos I've tried that have sodium hydroxide or harsh surfactants. I wish there was a zero waste solution but sometimes there is none unfortunately.
