Look up your order
Enter your order number (for example: US2450 or #US2450).
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number usually looks like US1234 and can be found in:
- your order confirmation email
- your shipping confirmation email
- your account order history (if you created an account)
What happens after my order clears customs?
- Customs releases your order back to the carrier.
- Your tracking link updates, usually within 24–48 hours.
- The carrier moves the parcel through their network toward your address.
- Your tracking page will show the latest scans and expected delivery day.
Your order goes through four main steps:
- Arrives at the border.
- Waits in the customs queue.
- Clears customs and is released to the carrier.
- Carrier delivers to your address.
When should I contact support?
- Your order number is not recognized in any range.
- Your ETA window passed more than 48 hours ago with no update.
- Your tracking has not changed for more than 5 business days after clearing.
If your order number doesn’t work:
- Remove any “#” sign (try US2450 instead of #US2450).
- Make sure there are no spaces (e.g., not “US 2450”).
- Use the full number exactly as it appears in your email.
