Enter your order number (for example: US2450 or #US2450).

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number usually looks like US1234 and can be found in:

  • your order confirmation email
  • your shipping confirmation email
  • your account order history (if you created an account)

What happens after my order clears customs?

  1. Customs releases your order back to the carrier.
  2. Your tracking link updates, usually within 24–48 hours.
  3. The carrier moves the parcel through their network toward your address.
  4. Your tracking page will show the latest scans and expected delivery day.

Your order goes through four main steps:

  1. Arrives at the border.
  2. Waits in the customs queue.
  3. Clears customs and is released to the carrier.
  4. Carrier delivers to your address.

When should I contact support?

  • Your order number is not recognized in any range.
  • Your ETA window passed more than 48 hours ago with no update.
  • Your tracking has not changed for more than 5 business days after clearing.

If your order number doesn’t work:

  • Remove any “#” sign (try US2450 instead of #US2450).
  • Make sure there are no spaces (e.g., not “US 2450”).
  • Use the full number exactly as it appears in your email.
