Temporary U.S. Product Availability
Please note due to recent Government policies Some of our conditioners, styling gels, and other select products are temporarily unavailable for shipment to the United States.
Why can’t I order these products?
Recent changes to U.S. import requirements have result in substantial additional tariffs on certain products entering the United States from Canada. This would add an additional 50% surcharge onto the affected products to you the consumer, charged by the CBP.
While we review these changes and determine the best way to continue serving our U.S. customers, we have temporarily paused U.S. sales of the affected products.
Which products are affected?
The restriction currently only applies to select products, including:
-
Conditioners
-
Styling gels
Products that are unavailable for U.S. delivery will be identified on our website or removed from the available U.S. assortment.
Can I still order other products?
Yes. Products that remain available on our U.S. website can still be ordered and shipped normally.
When will the affected products be available again?
We expect this to be temporary and shortlived, but we do not yet have a confirmed date for restoring availability. We are actively reviewing our options and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
Can customer service place the order manually?
Unfortunately, no. Customer service representatives cannot override the shipping restriction or manually place orders for affected products.
Will existing orders still be shipped?
[Choose the applicable statement:]
-
Existing confirmed orders will be reviewed individually. We will contact you if your order is affected.
-
Orders placed before the restriction took effect will be fulfilled normally.
-
Unshipped orders containing affected products will be cancelled and refunded.
