Description: An alcohol-free styling gel with medium to firm hold, formulated with certified organic plant, vegetable, flower and tree extracts. Helps add volume, enhance definition or separation, and also allows you to control shaping and scrunching.
Directions: Dispense into palms, rub hands together and apply onto damp hair. To enhance curl definition, simply scrunch dry while using a diffuser attachment on your blow dryer.

I found out about the Carina Organics through the clinic that I'm doing a treatment for hair loss. I'm hoping that these products will help with my hair loss, since it's not full of bad chemicals like the other lines that we find everywhere. I like how my hair feels after I wash it. I bought the small size to try because I was worried if I was going to be able to untangle my hair with their conditioner. I have curly hair. I can say that I'm happy with the conditioner and the shampoo. On my next purchase I will buy the big size! I'm so happy to have found a better line of hair care. I also bought the gel. I haven't used it yet, but I wish they would have a bigger size bottle, I have long hair, the bottle size that they sale won't last very long.

Go-to styling gel for after the shower.

I know the gel isn't marketed as a "strong hold" gel but it would be a 10/10 product for me if it had a stronger hold. I have curly hair, and I recently switched to products that are organic or have natural ingredients, and when I'm styling my curls I like to use a gel that forms defined curl clumps without a lot of frizz. With this gel, I get good curl clumps but not enough definition (I'll rate it 6/10), despite using about a 5th of the 8oz bottle per styling day. I will say the fragrance is great and it doesn't leave a hard cast.
