Left my hair dry and itchy. I didn't realize what was causing my itchy, dry, flakey scalp until I tried an another shampoo and conditioner. The new combo worked wonders for my hair in terms of hydration, but my eyes didn't like some of the ingredients in them. So I switched back to using my Carina Organics and my scalp immediately began to itch like crazy again, I couldn't sleep from the itching! Unfortunately, it's too late to return them. I'm hoping someone else in my family will be able to use them, as I bought several bottles with high hopes!
